Meet the Life Treasury team

Welcome to the Life Treasury team

Family is incredibly important to LT and this page shows our very own project ‘family’ who all hold the company core values in high regard, working towards the same goals. We couldn’t be prouder of our team; a group of genuinely lovely people, all working hard to make a difference for other people going through difficult times

Dean Draper. CEO
Email Dean

Dean has many years experience pioneering national and international projects alongside his passion of listed building restoration. Life Treasury was sparked by a conversation between Dean and a Chapter Clerk friend seeking assistance with fund-raising for the Cathedral. The project also met the needs of his family after losing his Mother and Father who were a big part of the family unit. Dean is a hard-working, dedicated and gentle character who spends his time with his growing family, skiing when he gets the chance or cycling across Europe raising funds for a number of charities.

Along with Dean, Olivia has dedicated the past year to making Life Treasury a reality. She has a First-Class Honours degree from the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing and Midwifery where she trained as a Nurse and has experienced first-hand the emotions people go through during the process of grief and loss. She’s a positive and approachable character with experience developing businesses and working with historic buildings. In her spare time, Olivia can be found partaking in all kinds of sports, from rowing on the Thames to climbing Kilimanjaro or even just walking/running her dog Ted in the Chilterns.

Paul is the Life Treasury Associate responsible for the North West of England. He has successfully run his own consultancy business for the last 10 years working with companies in the UK and Europe to train, guide and motivate employees and to identify, create and develop new areas of opportunity and markets. He was introduced to Life Treasury by Dean and identified very quickly a unique service that will benefit the Church with an additional option for bereaved families that was not available previously. Paul sees this as an ideal opportunity to help and contribute to the Church and the local community. Paul represents GBR at senior level for clay pigeon shooting – we are hoping he might be able to teach the team a new skill!
